By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Showcazz is an AI-powered proof-of-work and talent discovery platform that enables users to create profiles, showcase projects, skills, certifications, assessments, and related content, and enables recruiters or organizations to discover and evaluate candidates.

Showcazz does not guarantee employment, internships, contracts, or any specific outcomes. The Platform provides tools and insights to support talent visibility and hiring decisions, but all decisions are made solely by the respective users or organizations.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Showcazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Users may upload, post, or share content including projects, certifications, assessment results, mini-mission submissions, and other professional information (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Showcazz a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, analyze, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform, generating AI-based insights, and enabling talent discovery.

Showcazz reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, plagiarized, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.

5. AI-Generated Scores and Insights

The Platform may generate AI-based outputs such as S-Scores, performance insights, rankings, recommendations, and AI-generated resumes. These outputs are analytical tools designed to assist users and organizations.

AI-generated outputs are not guarantees of performance, hiring outcomes, or future opportunities. Organizations retain full discretion in evaluating candidates and making decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Upload plagiarized or unauthorized content

• Attempt to manipulate scoring systems or rankings

• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations

• Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, trademarks, software, technology, and design elements, is the property of Showcazz AI Private Limited or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Showcazz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Showcazz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

Users acknowledge that use of the Platform is at their own risk.

9. Termination

Showcazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Platform.

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms

Showcazz may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information, including through cookies and similar technologies.
